Reverse Engineering
REVERSE ENGINEERING is the process that allows us, through the scanning of an existing object, to analyze its design composition, in order to be able to reproduce a similare one in an industrial way.
Technically we proceed to scan the object to be reproduced, then through the use of software, we proceed with the triangulation of the points, obtaining the mesh. Finally, through the optimization of the mesh, we proceed with the correction phase, or when necessary in the modification, extracting the definitive 3D model, necessary for a redesign of the object.

Any prototype, also manually crafted, can be reproduced in an industrial way through the Reverse Engineering process.

Application sectors:
Arts and Crafts
Industrial and Automotive

The first step consists in scanning the object to be reproduced.
Subsequently, through the use of software, we proceed with the triangulation of the points, obtaining the mesh.
The third step is to optimize the mesh, to prepare it for the next steps.
After the optimization proceeds with the correction phase, or where necessary, in the modification of the mesh.
Finally, the mathematics and the definitive 3d model are extracted, also necessary for a redesign of the object.
